Scott Shaw taught the martial arts in association with Hee Hwan Yoon for a number of years from the late 1970s until the late 1980s. Hee Hwan Yoon was an advanced Black Belt of both Taekwondo and Hapkido. Scott Shaw was Hee Hwan Yoon's Senior Student and Chief Instructor. The curriculum of this school embraced Taekwondo and Hapkido and for the advanced students Kumdo and Korean Weapons Training.
